How to choose kids surf and skate clothing
Size up if you want a garment to last the season, especially with hoodies and boardshorts. For swim days, pair a rash vest with boardshorts or a one-piece to cut down on sunscreen reapplication and chafing. Cotton tees are fine for day-to-day, but for actual surfing or swimming you want synthetic fabrics that dry quickly in the car on the way home.
