How to choose a kids' hoodie
If it's mainly for after the beach, prioritise a thicker fleece lining and an oversized fit so it goes on easily over damp skin. For layering under a coat in winter, a slimmer Patagonia or Rhythm style works better. Check the hood has a proper lining, not just a single layer of thin cotton, and look for reinforced cuffs if your kid is rough on sleeves. Zip hoodies are handy for younger kids who don't like things pulled over their heads.
