Tail pads without the noise
Modom grip pads come in single-piece and three-piece constructions, with a sensible kick and arch. The arch isn't so high it gives you cramp, the kick isn't so tall it throws your stance out. Colour options tend to be black, off-white, terracotta, sage, the sort of tones that actually suit most boards.
Leashes and the rest
The leashes are standard comp and regular thicknesses, cuffed properly so they don't dig in. Deck grip for the front foot is also worth a look if you surf without wax in summer.
