Check: if you use a large bumper case and overall height is more than 16.3cms/6.4” and width and depth of the phone with your protective/bumper case is more than 10cms/4” then you need our larger phone case: Plus Plus from the Aquapac range of phone cases.
Note: iPhone 12 Pro Max, 13 Pro Max, 14 Pro Max, 15 Plus & 15 Pro Max are a close fit. Plus case will only fit these phones if used without any other protective sleeve or case unless it is very thin.
Useful to know
- Functional in extreme conditions, desert or arctic conditions
- Fingerprint Recognition (e.g. Touch ID) won't work through the Aquapac. You will have to enter your passcode
- Face Recognition (e.g. Face ID) won't work on many phones - you'll have to enter your passcode
- Some phones have rather sharp edges. We recommend the use of a thin bumper case which will protect both phone and case

Delivery
Same-day Dispatch
Orders placed before 2 pm are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders after 2pm are typically dispatched the next working day.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm.
Free Delivery
Free delivery is available for orders over £100, excluding surfboards.
International Shipping
Delivery to international destinations is estimated at 7–12 working days, depending on the country.
For orders shipped outside the EU, the customer (importer) may be responsible for customs duties or import tax.
If import duty is unpaid and the item is impounded by customs, Balsa Surf may not offer a refund.
If such an item is returned, any refund would be minus:

14-day returns on all eligible items.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
